Due to Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island ordinances, Island Realty is unable to allow weddings or events to be held at our vacation rentals. The policy states that house parties, youth groups, fraternities, weddings, receptions or meetings are not allowed at any property & Island Realty is unable to rent to anyone under the age of 25. Also, Island Realty only allows a maximum of 40 people at one vacation rental at one time. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, the group will be required to immediately vacate without a refund.. Thank you for your understanding and we encourage you to utilize our vacation rentals for your event's guest accomodations, wedding party suite, or honeymoon!
