From 5/31/08 to 8/24/08 properties are weekly only. All other times, there is a 3 night minimum (some properties have higher minimums). You may book for a less than a week 30 days prior to your arrival date by calling our office.

During the peak season (5/31/08 to 8/24/08) with a weekly minimum stay:

• All properties are either Saturday to Saturday (mostly Isle of Palms & Sullivan’s Island properties) or Sunday to Sunday (mostly Wild Dunes properties) check-in day. Please look at property description of specific property for check-in day.
• Sea Cabin Condominiums are any day to any day.
• Properties are a week minimum during New Year's Day, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas holidays until 30 days prior to arrival.
• All reservations booked online will be confirmed by phone to insure property availability, credit card information and rates.
