Charleston Water Taxi does it all; hourly ferry service between Mt Pleasant and Downtown’s historic district, hourly dolphin cruises and hourly sightseeing cruises. Get it all for a fare of $8 and children 5 and under are free! That’s the best value in town! We depart Mt Pleasant from the Charleston Harbor Resort at the top of each hour and depart the Charleston Maritime Center at Aquarium Wharf 30 min past each hour. 10am to 7pm.The Water Taxi runs a continuous hourly loop around Charleston’s Beautiful harbor. Carts have both front and back seats, accommodating up to six people, and are delivered to your rental property. By law, golf carts are NOT allowed on the beach or beach access paths, but parking is available. By law golf carts are NOT allowed on the beach but parking is available.
