Island Realty can now provide BROADBAND INTERNET service anywhere in the city. Get online no matter where you are by simply sliding a card into your laptop. Cards can be purchased at the reservations desk.
Rates are as follows: 1 Day - $8.; 3 Days - $20.; 7 Days - $40.; 30 days - $120.
Maid Service & Linens
All of our properties are clean and ready for your arrival;
however, they do not include daily maid service and fresh
linens. We are here to help you have the best vacation ever
and we know that many guests like the option of fresh towels
daily and/or our daily light housekeeping service.
Our light housekeeping service includes making the beds,
vacuuming, dusting, mopping, wiping down counters and trash
removal. Additional services are available at an hourly rate
of
$15 an hour. Our towel exchange consists of fresh towels
delivered to your home or villa.
Initial linen sets consist of sheets and pillowcases in the appropriate quanities and sizes for your rental property, plus 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth, per person. Initial linen sets are provided in the following properties: Sea Cabins, Oceanside Villas, Wild Dunes, Beachside,
1140 Ocean Blvd., 1116 Ocean Blvd., Dunescape, Ocean Inn Villas,and Ocean Palms Villas. Most of our other properties
do not include linens. (See individual listings). If linens
are not initially included with your rental, you may order them
separately.
Linens are delivered to your rental property. Deliveries
begin at
3 p.m. Beds are not made up when linen packages are
ordered. Cleaning is scheduled between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Monday - Friday only.
Maid service and linens must be ordered at least one week
prior to your arrival.
