Internet Service
If your rental property does not offer internet access, you may reserve a wireless internet card through our office. These cards run off of cell phone towers, so where you have strong cell service, you will receive a strong internet signal. You are required to reserve a card, just as you reserve a property, because we have a limited supply. If you have already booked a card, you will be able to pick it up at check in. If you have not reserved a card, they will be rented on a first come, first serve basis.
Rates are as follows: 1 Day - $8.; 3 Days - $20.; 7 Days - $40.; 30 days - $120.
***Island Realty's lobby is now wireless, so you may access the internet while our office, free of charge!***
Maid Service & Towels
All of our properties are clean and ready for your arrival; however, they do not include daily maid service and fresh linens. We are here to help you have the best vacation ever and we know that many guests like the option of fresh towels and/or daily light housekeeping services.

Our light housekeeping service includes making the beds, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, wiping down counters and trash removal. If you would like a specific cleaning option that is not mentioned above, additional services are available at an hourly rate of $15 an hour. Our towel exchange consists of fresh towels delivered to your home or villa. Cleaning is scheduled between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday - Friday and is not available on Saturday or Sunday. Linens
Initial linen sets consist of sheets and pillowcases in the appropriate quanities and sizes for your rental property, plus 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth, per person. Initial linen sets are provided in the following properties: Sea Cabins, Oceanside Villas, Wild Dunes, Beachside, 1140 Ocean Blvd, 1116 Ocean Blvd, Dunescape, Ocean Inn Villas, and Ocean Palms Villas. Most of our other properties do not include linens, so for more information please see individual listings. If linens are not initially included with your rental, you may order them separately.
Ordered linens are delivered to your rental property and deliveries begin at 3 p.m. Beds are not made up when linen packages are ordered. If you have any further questions regarding our linen services, please do not hesitate to contact a Vacation Planner today!
