THIS PROPERTY IS AS LISTED..........DELUXE,,,,,, I HOPE ANYONE WOULD ENJOY IT HALF AS MUCH AS MY FAMILY DID.....ALL NEW FURNITURE ,DECOR AND COULD NOT BE KEPT ANY CLEANER AND NICER INCLUDING THE NICE WICKER ON THE DECK ,,TO THE FURNISHINGS OF LINENS ON THE BED AND APPLIANCES,UTENSILS IN KITCHEN,,,,,,PERFECT CONDO

Great villa overlooking the pool. The beach theme worked well and the unit slept our family of 6 very comfortably. Water pressure for showers, cooking, etc. was great and the air conditioning was amazing! Two minute walk to some of the best beaches we have seen -- wide sandy shoreline, very shallow water and great waves. Our first trip to the Isle of Palms was terrific thanks in large part to the great accomodations!
