Each spacious private villa has an open floor plan design, with the full kitchen and living areas open to take in the panoramic ocean views. There is a sofa bed located in each living room so each unit will comfortably sleep four. Each unit also has a spacious porch overlooking the ocean and the community pool. It is centrally located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants located on Isle of Palms' front beach. Wireless internet is available at an additional charge, there is no elevator on the property and pets are not allowed on the property.
Rates vary and are based upon the following categories: - Deluxe: New or nearly new condition. Noticeable upgrades in furnishings and decor.
- Good: Well maintained and most furnishings are new with minimal wear.
- Standard: Comfortable but needs to be updated. Furnishings generally older.
