Pleasant South Carolina - so we drove around Sullivans Island searching for a home to rent for close friends and family - to enjoy during my daughter's wedding which was held April 18, 2010 at Sand Dunes Club. We spotted this unique beach cottage just across the street from Sand Dunes Club which is also just across the street from beach. We arrived at the beach house 3 days before the wedding - "convenient to say the least" everything we needed for the wedding we took with us to the beach house - and only had to walk across the street. Few days before the wedding we had out of town guests and friends over for Frogmore Stew -- sat out on the porch and discussed plans for getting it all together for the big day. After the wedding, they of course went off to Mexico on their honeymoon - and I had several more days to rewind, relax and enjoy the beach cottage and the beach with family and local friends - plus others who drove from out-of-town. | | | Rhodes Family, Beaufort, SC 07/19/2010 | We had a wonderful family vacation at this home. Cozy and perfect for family or friends. We were a group of 6 20-somethings on a couples weekend and had a very enjoyable stay over Labor Day 2010. The beach is a 3 minute walk away right across the street. Air conditioning is strong and makes the interior very comfortable. Great price, great value, and Island Realty was very helpful in making the arrangements.
