Across the street from beach access and around the corner from restaurants. If you walk out the back of the house, you are about 100 feet from Dunleavy's.
The house's layout has a small living room next to the kitchen and a HUGE living room on the other side of the house. Great for families that want multiple areas for different groups to hang out.
The house does not have all of the modern upgrades, but for instance, the vinyl in the bathrooms seems fairly new and clean.
