Linens included. No Smoking. Pet Friendly with $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. *This is a Saturday to Saturday rental from 06/02/12 to 08/25/12; 3 night minimum in off season.*

great house with large screened porch. Our lab spent a lot of time out there. Loved the big walk in shower in the MB with two shower heads! Easy walk to the beach. I'm sure we will be back again. Thanks for sharing your beach house with our family and lab.

We really enjoyed the property. Close to beach, great kitchen, nice layout for 4 bedrooms. Enjoyed sitting on the screened in back porch and listening to the mockingbirds sing. The extra beach chairs and boogie boards were useful. Everybody in our group took at least one shower in the "two shower headed" master bathroom. Will definitely return to this property if we come back to the "Chuck".
