No washer/dryer but laundry service is available. 1500 sqft. Both floors of this house can be rented together, totaling 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. LINENS INCLUDED. No smoking. ---LAYOUT--- Bedroom 1: Queen. Bedroom 2: 2 Twins. Full bath located between bedrooms. The dining area table seats 4 with additional seating for 2. Sleeper sofa located in living room along with TV/VCR/DVD. *This is a Saturday to Saturday rental from 06/02/12 to 08/25/12; 3 night minimum in off season.*

The upper level of this 2 level house is definately the way to go, screened in porch and ocean breezes are fantastic, we left the doors and windows open the entire time (springtime weather is a 10). Very close and easy walk to the ocean, beaches are great and not crowded. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare gormet meals and a brand new Publix is just 5 minutes away.

This is a great place. Nice little walk to the beach! Quiet area of the beach! It was wonderful! Definately prefer the upstairs to the downstairs option!

If you are looking for luxury, this is not your site, but It was great for us and our animals. It was well equipped and pefrect for a relaxing stay.

We have rented from Island Realty two times now, and both times were wonderful! The staff is very polite and helpful. The house we rented was clean and had everything we needed, except Wi-Fi. We rented a Wi-Fi unit from them for a small fee, but it would have been perfect if it was already available...and free! We felt safe and comfortable during our stay, and plan to continue renting from Island Realty.
