Excellent rental property. The abundance of living space and proximity to the beach make it perfect for a stay in Sullivan's Island.

This is a great house for a couple who need a get-away. It is very close to the beach but not so close that you have people parking in front of the house. It is large and confortable enough to have friends over and is only 20-25 minutes to local restaurants in Mt Pleasant and Charleston.
