Bedroom 2: Upstairs; Queen; Shares full bath with hall. Bedroom 3: Upstairs; 2 Twins; Rollaway bed and Twin Aerobed in closet. Additional 1/2 bath on 1st floor, off living room. Dining area: seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at small table in kitchen. Flat screen TV in kitchen. *This is a Saturday to Saturday rental from 06/02/12 to 08/25/12; 3 night minimum in off season.*

This property was spacious, well maintained, and located in a beautiful area. The owner lives nearby and is great. The only drawback may be all the stairs for older individuals and families with very small children. Other than that the layout was great and the home was beautiful.
