Additional full bathroom in hallway between (but not connected to) Bedrooms 2 and 3. Dining area: seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at kitchen table. TV/VCR/DVD in sunroom; TV in living room and master bedroom *This is a Saturday to Saturday rental from 06/02/12 to 08/25/12; 3 night minimum in off season.*

We did a girls vacation here in April and evereyone was very pleased with the house. In fact they all would like to return in the fall and rent this house again. The house is very comfortable and has a good layout. It is close to the pool and only a short walk to the beach. We especially like the sunroom.

We enjoyed this Beachside home very much. We have stayed at Beachside at least ten times, maybe more - and this house was one of the nicest we have rented.

We had a very nice time and were very comfortable at 8 Sandshell Court. It was a pretty setting with shade and the lagoon at the back of the house. The sunporch was a delight. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and the pool was right across the road. My husband enjoyed sing the path that led to Palm Blvd., where he crossed the road in the morning for a newspaper.

This was a great, economical property for a short stay in late September. It is a spacious and accommodating property for a family of 4. Close to pool, short walk to the beach, and easy access to the local grocery and stores for all those emergency needs. I was concerned about traffic noise due to its proximity to Palm Blvd. but never noticed it during the stay. The kitchen appliances could use an update but we didnt' do much cooking so it was not an issue. I would definitely stay here again.
