Our Long Term Program
Adding Your Property to the Year-Round Rental Program
As your property manager, we are your eyes and ears within Island Realty. We are your primary contact and your communications link. We are responsible for representing your best interests in all operations and decisions affecting your property: maintenance, rentals, and marketing. We have the overall responsibility for your property and will insure that you are kept informed about its status. Specifically, we have the responsibility of ensuring that maintenance is performed in a timely manner and in accordance with your wishes. We conduct quarterly inspections and let you know of any items that need attention to maintain the property. In addition, we approve bills and check your monthly statement for accuracy.

Alexander D Stone IV
I am a 1999 graduate of Bishop England and graduated from Clemson in 2003 with a degree in Management. I grew up on the Isle of Palms & have been working at Island Realty since the age of 15…first began working in the laundry room folding towels. Throughout the years I have continued my education and in turn moved through many positions here at Island Realty. I now have my real estate sales license and am a Long-Term Property Manager. I have seen the long-term department nearly double in size and hope to see it double again.
Allison McElveen
I was born and raised here in Charleston, South Carolina and I love it. The beach is a great place not to mention the never-ending sight seeing.
I have been employed here at Island Realty since January 2001. I started out in the Reservations Department and after a year I realized how much I enjoyed working with the public. I was then promoted to the Year-Round Department where I began my career in Property Management.
I promise to work hard and look forward to meeting you.
Bill Rawlings
I was born in Roanoke, VA and spent my life there until I went to school just up the road at Virginia Tech. I graduated with a degree in Business Management in December of 2000. About 4 years ago, I moved to Charleston and began to work for Island Realty. I love where I work just as much as where I live and I look forward to working with you.
Meghan Hazlitt
Greetings! My name is Meghan Hazlitt. I was born and raised in Cody, Wyoming and spent my childhood hiking and camping in Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Tetons. I moved to Tallahassee, Florida my sophomore year of college to pursue a
degree in Art History at Florida State University. Upon graduating from FSU I moved to Mount Pleasant where I have lived the
last four years.
I have grown to love this area and to really think of it as home. I look forward to managing your property and forming a lasting business relationship that not only meets but exceeds all of your expectations.
