Ashley Bostic

I grew up vacationing in Charleston and made the permanent move after graduating from Clemson University in 2008. I have been working in Property Management since 2004 and love being able to combine my love for Charleston, helping others, and real estate. I am excited to be working in the Long Term Rental division of Island Realty and am dedicated to making our clients happy.   

Jeannie Champlin

Hello. I am a native Charlestonian and absolutely love living and working in my home town. I began working for Island Realty in March of 1995 just before graduating from the College of Charleston. I have a Bachelor of Science degree, as well as a property manager’s license and certification in community management. I thoroughly enjoy working with my clients and always strive to exceed their expectations, giving each of them the required attention to meet their needs. I look forward to continuing my career in property and community management with Island Realty, a wonderful company that has always provided a fulfilling place to work for its employees and quality services to its clients.  

Brionne Heron

I grew up just south of Charlotte in a small town called Clover, South Carolina.  In 2002, I moved to Charleston to attend the College of Charleston where I earned my degree in Business Administration.  I started with Island Realty as a Vacation Planner about one year ago.  Since then I have moved up through the long term department and am now working as a long term property manager.  I love where I work as much as where I live, and I look forward to working with you in the future!

Angel Osborn

I grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  I moved to Charleston 3 years ago to fulfill my dream of living by the beach.  I have been working in Property Management since 2002, and I have been with Island Realty for almost 3 years managing Long Term Rental Properties. I look forward to extending my experience with Island Realty and working with you in the future.
