Great location to everything you may want to see in Charleston and area. There are wonderful places to eat within walking distance and the beach is beautiful. Laundry facilities within the complex and reasonably priced. Unit needs a little cleaning and TLC.

We had a great time. With 4 kids (10-14) being able to watch them in the pool and still able to get dinner started etc was nice. Multiple tv's allowed the kids to play X-Box until bedtime while not interupting the main tv. The cleaning people did a wonderful job. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The only thing I would add is an additional couch or at least a love seat. It was difficult to find seating for 4 kids and 2 adults in the TV area. we have been coming to isle of palms for several years and recomend to all our family and friends.we like staying at ocean side villas because you have a lot more room than in a hotel and it is convently located. we also like to stay in a house that is ocean front but they are so much more expensive. this is our favorite place to vacation.
