The renovated cottage has retained an "island essence" and offers the perfect spot for enjoying nature and experiencing "island life." Owner maintained and a unique experience for your vacation! Deepwater dock comes with electrical service and water hookups 5 at low tide. 12x25 fenced dog run. Pet Friendly. No fee required! Nice gas grill. Beach Shower. No linens. IF YOU WANT TO RELAX AND WATCH THE WILD LIFE OF THE AREA THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY. WE FIND IT HARD TO GO ON VACATION WITH A PET AND THIS WAS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR OUR VACATION IT IS CLOSE TO THE BEACH BUT YET ON THE BACK WATER FOR PRIVACY WITH ROOM FOR THE PET TO RUN. THE NEXT TIME WE PLAN TO STAY LONGER. THANKS SO MUCH !

This is an old cottage so don't expect fancy but if you love to relax in calm surroundings this is it.

The interior is clean, but some furniture needs to be replaced. The good thing is that pets are allowed. But, all in all, for the price, and it is in a nice area, it is a good value. --Message from Manager-- Thanks for the feedback and thanks for choosing Island Realty! This property is a wonderful place to sit and relax on the screened porch overlooking Morgan Creek! Very clean and cute. Our dog loved it!

This is a great location if you have a couple of young children, especially boys. The sunset views are spectacular, and if you like to fish, this is the spot. The owners who live next door are great! They showed our children how to throw a cast net, and to use the rope swings. This is Low country living at it's best!
