Features include: fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, four cable televisions, VCR, DVD player, playroom on first floor, screened porch facing ocean, gas grill and outside shower. Linens included. No smoking. Pets conditional with non-refundable pet fee ($200 on week stays, $100 on 3-4 night stays). --LAYOUT-- Ground Floor has Playroom with Futon, Bedroom with Queen Bed, Full bath with Shower, and Washer/Dryer, large foyer/entrance off Hartnett Blvd, and separate entrance and Parking Off Cameron Blvd. Top Floor has spacious Living Room, Screened porch, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bath and a Half with Shower/Tub, Master Bedroom with King Bed, and Bedroom with 2 Twins. *This is a weekly only rental from June 29-July 6 and August 3-10. All other times, this property requires a 3 night minimum. Between June 1-August 24 you must depart by Saturday. During times of promotion this property does not allow discounts.*

The home was updated as specified. It was spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of room for privacy and we loved the short walk to the beach. Parking was plentiful and the services felt like a hotel as opposed to a rental. The Isle of Palms was just beautiful. As a first time visitor to the area, it met all my expectaions.
