Pet friendly, but yard is not fenced. No Pet Fee! This owner maintained home is an excellent value for your beach vacation. The square footage of this home is 1,068. Linens not included. No Smoking. ---LAYOUT--- Bedroom 1: Queen. Bedroom 2: 2 Doubles. Full bath off hallway. Living room/Dining room combo with eat-in kitchen: seats 6. ** This is a weekly only rental from June 29-July 6 and August 3-10. All other times, this property requires a 3 night minimum. Between June 1-August 24 you must depart by Saturday. **

This a good property for your dogs. No carpeting to worry about getting dirty. It is close to the beach. It is on a main road so there is some road traffic noise.

314 Palm Blvd. offers simple comforts at a great price. The house is perfect for up to 4 people and a pet. You'd never quess that pets were allowed because the house was so clean. It has a wonderful big kitchen for cooking. A sliding glass door leads to a well maintained backyard that is safe for bare feet. The queen bed slept great. Bring your dog, kick back and relax on the patio and listen to the tide come in every evening. Perfect!

We have 3 in our family so the condo was a perfect aountof space for us. The location to the beach and pool were terrific. This was our first trip to Isle of Palms and we were there for a baseball tournament but it felt also like a vacation due to our condo stay.
