Pros: * Ideal location next to pool and beach and short walk/drive from the central facilities on Wild Dunes. * Updated kitchen and living area are very nice. * Excellent entertainment center setup and DVD library for adults and kids. * Great selection of family games. * Great value for Wild Dunes oceanfront! Cons: * Bathrooms are outdated and showing signs of wear. * Mattresses in two of three bedrooms (queen and twins) could stand to be replaced. * Tile floors throughout make noise carry throughout the villa. * Note that this is a three-story villa with entry on the second floor -- lots of stairs. We certainly enjoyed our stay -- and recommend this unit to other families looking for an IOP rental.

Great place to stay. Roomy and nice updates.Enjoyed master on top floor. Great place for children too. We would definitely come back! Like having the washer and dryer.
