Typical southern-style home with a sunroom with great ocean views. The living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms (1 with Queen and 1 with 2 Twins) and one full bathroom (tub & shower combo) are located upstairs. This area has central heat & air conditioning. There is a sunroom on the top level facing ocean, a screened porch with hammock and rockers & small open deck. Downstairs has a large gameroom w/ping pong table & TV. There is a full bath with extra shower and another 1/2 bath. There are three bedrooms (1 with a Queen, 1 with 2 Twins and 1 with a bunk bed and 2 Twins). These bedrooms have window air conditioning units (THERE IS NO HEAT IN DOWNSTAIRS PORTION OF HOME). Wireless Internet included. Linens are provided. Pet friendly with a $200 non refundable fee - limit of 2 dogs. No smoking. ** This is a weekly only rental from June 29-July 6 and August 3-10. All other times, this property requires a 3 night minimum. Between June 1-August 24 you must depart by Saturday. **
