Pets negotiable with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. LINENS INCLUDED. No Smoking. *This is a weekly only rental from June 29-July 6 and August 3-10. All other times, this property requires a 3 night minimum. Between June 1-August 24 you must depart by Saturday. *

Great location, with an easy walk to the beach. The house is very comfortable and quiet, even with people upstairs. Kitchen was large and we put up gates to contain our dogs in the kitchen. Would like to do the upstairs unit next year to be able to have a place to sit outside
