The home was upgraded and redecorated in early 2013, including remodeled bathrooms, repainted inside and out, new flat screen TV's, new washer/dryer, and new outdoor grill. Features include: multiple living areas, fully equipped kitchen, two large sundecks, cable television, VCR's and wireless internet access. Ground level does not have central heat/air (three window units for AC and multiple space heaters for heat). 2,872 square feet. Linens included. No pets. No smoking. ---LAYOUT-- Ground floor: Large entertainment room with TV & VCR. Bedroom 1: 2 sets of bunk beds. Bedroom 2: Queen. Full bath located in the hallway. Second floor: Living room and solarium combination with TV and VCR. Dining room. Eat in kitchen. Two dining tables, each with seating for 6 people and direct access to large decks with good ocean views. Bedroom 3: Master with Queen, private full bath, TV and private deck. Bedroom 4: 2 Twins. Bedroom 5: Double bed. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a full bath. *This is a weekly only, Saturday to Saturday rental from 6/1/13 to 09/7/13; 3 night minimum in off season.*

House is bright and airy, with pleasant views of the ocean surf from the deck. It does have a very steep interior spiral staircase, but the outside deck staircase is wide and provides better access between the ground floor and main floor. Since we flew in from all over the country for a Charleston wedding, we did not bring beach chairs or towels for the beach.....these would have been nice amenities but were not available. Otherwise, we rented 'beach cruiser' bikes from nearby Wild Dunes resort, and enjoyed the miles of beach that is proximate to the house. A beautiful place to spend a weekend.

A large home with several areas for a large group to hang out together or space to do your own thing. Great for couples or for families. We were 5 couples and the house worked really well.

I have stayed in this house a few times. I love the proximity to both the beach and the marina. The house is equipped with everything I needed and has a great deck to relax on after a day on the beach! I highly recommend it! I know I plan on staying here whenever I visit the beautiful Isle of Palms!

This property was roomy and clean, It nearness to the beach makes it very attractive. The circular staircase was a challenge for some of our 60+ women, but they used the outside steps. We had a great time and the price was right. We were surprised after we booked that linens were supplied for us, which was nice.

We just stayed in this property for the second year in a row. We love the location and the roominess of it. It has almost everything needed for a week's stay. Seating is abundant, the view is perfect, the kitchen is well equipped, and beach access is very close. Some adults have trouble with the spiral staircase, but kids love it. We only wish there was on-site internet access and TVs in every bedroom (or at least a cable hook-up so that we could bring our own). Twelve people trying to watch 3 TVs was a bit much some nights. It would be nice to "retire" to the bedroom at night and wind down in front of the TV. Overall though, we love the property, but are about to "outgrow" it and have to find a place that will hold more people.
