Standard rating. 980 square feet. Linens included. No smoking. No pets. This is a weekly only Saturday to Saturday rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day; 3 night minimum in off season.

Love the location to the beach and to the restrauants. Condo had a standard rating and that is what is was. Mattress were quite comfortable. Had a slight view of the ocean from the balcony. I would rent this place again.

No surprises. The condo is exactly what the website says. The real value is the honor of working with this laid back wonderful company. Island Realty does not forget that this is your holiday. They are happy to make you safe and comfortable.

We've stayed at various Oceanside condos for about 25 years. This one is fine. I don't understand the "Standard" rating - it seems "Good" to me. The Internet access was key to our reserving this one & worked very well. Nice to overlook the pool for supervision of our (older) child, yet not ground floor, so not noisy. Island Realty did a great job as usual.

We like that the second bedroom has bunk beds, giving room to sleep 3. Having access to the Internet was great.
