Bedroom 3: Upstairs; King; Full private bath (jacuzzi tub/stand alone shower); TV/DVD; Large walk-in closet. Bedroom 4: Upstairs; 2 sets of bunk beds; TV/DVD. Bedroom 5: Upstairs; Queen; direct access to balcony; TV/DVD. Bedroom 6: Upstairs; Queen; Full private bath; direct access to balcony; TV; Walk-in closet. Additional bathrooms: Full bath upstairs w/ stand alone shower; 1/2 bath downstairs. Dining area: seats 10 with additional seating for 7 (4 at small table and 3 at bar). It was a great house for our family because of the lay-out. The January season was a bit cold/windy to enjoy the outside. We wish we could have used the hot tub -- we found that the hot tub could have used a cover to keep the water warm. We found the location to be wonderful - we could walk to some local shops and it was very close for driving into Charleston. All the appliances work great and the utensils and dishes and other kitchen necessities are all top notch. That much being said, the interior needs work. The hot tub was tepid at best even after 2 service calls; toilets run on and back up; closet doors are off runners in ground floor bedroom resulting in their digging in to the carpeting; lights flicker in ground floor bathroom; minimal hot water pressure in ground floor bathroom; alarm clock does not work. The Kitchen drawers could use a good cleaning and laundry room a dusting. There is water damage in the kitchen ceiling which was a potential safety hazard. Each individual issue was not a big deal but when aggregated they were concerning.
