Charcoal grill provided. 2150 sqft. Linens are included. Internet service available. No pets. No smoking. ---LAYOUT--- Bedroom 1: 2 Twins; Full private bath (shower only). Bedroom 2: Queen; Full private bath. Bedroom 3: 2 Twins. Bedroom 4: Double. Additional full bath between Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4. Dining area: seats 10 with additional seating for 2 (bar stools). TV/DVD/VCR in living room only. *This is a Saturday to Saturday rental from 06/01/13 to 08/24/13; 3 night minimum in off season.* During times of promotion, this property does not allow discounts.

This is a great property with a fantastic view of the ocean. It's very baby friendly. My family loved the great outdoor areas, especially the screened in deck on the main level. We would love to rent this property again!

Beautiful ocean view - especially at night when a full moon is shining on the ocean! We enjoyed the screened-in porch as well as the upper deck, and especially the hammock! Floor plan of home is especially suited for a family with grown/married children and grandchildren. We enjoyed watching the zinnias bloom over the several weeks we rented this home, and appreciated the "gardener's touch" along the entry way and the very manicured back yard. Easy access to the beach. The dressing area/shower in lower level is fabulous! --Message from Manager-- Thank you for your feedback and thank you for choosing Island Realty! Beautiful property with excellent views

Great place for a large family.....never missed out on a conversation with the nice open living room, dining and kitchen area. The home's grounds are very nice and well maintained; beach access and view were delightful. The enclosed porch was wonderful, too, as was the upper deck for all day sunning! Would love to make this our destination for an annual family reunion. Thank you!
