Media: 52" Flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD in living room, flat screen televisions in each bedroom, media room with flat screen TV and comfortable seating, sound system for 1st floor interior and the exterior back deck and pool area, and WIFI. All Bedrooms have private baths with new tile floors and shower or tub enclosures.

~ PLEASE NOTE: *This home cannot be used for rehearsal dinners, weddings, receptions or any large gatherings that exceed the listed sleeping capacity.Smaller gatherings up to 24 people are permitted.*The pool has a Propane Heating system. An additional fee of $50 per day, 3 day minimum, is required to heat the SPA ONLY. (In order to get heat, turn spa on and let run, it will heat after turned on.)The pool and spa may both be heated for $100 per day, 3 day minimum from March to November (Pool heating not available December through February). Please give at least a week's notice to set up pool heating. *This home books Saturday to Saturday, weekly only, rental from May 4 to August 25, 2013. 3 night minimum in off season. For Thanksgiving, Christmas week, and New Years week 2013 this home is a week minimum rental. *During times of promotion this property does not allow discounts. *Due to the size of this home, early check-ins cannot be permitted - this home carries a 4:00pm check in at all times.

The bedrooms are very large and so is the deck in the back. The rocking chairs were our favorites! We had 28 people in this place and we didn't ever feel crowded. The kitchen is perfect for making lots of large meals, it has two of everything- ovens, refrigerators, sinks! The one drawback was that we were told several times not to swim directly in front of the house becuase of the currents. So if you want to do a lot of swimming in the ocean be ready to pack up your stuff and walk down the beach a ways. But when it comes to the house, it's perfect! | | | Sherrie Sells.
