Pool can be heated in the off season ($150 for a 3 night stay / $250 for a week - 7 day advance notice required). MAIN FLOOR: First bedroom contains one king bed; second bedroom has pyramid bunk bed and one twin bed. 2ND FLOOR: Master suite with king bed and large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub plus oversized closet that holds a Queen Murphy Bed.1,634 sq ft. Wireless Internet. Linens Included. No Smoking. Pet Friendly with $200 non refundable fee per pet (max of 2 dogs). *This is a Saturday to Saturday rental from 06/01/13 to 08/24/13 and requires a week minimum stay at all times. Less than weekstays may be permitted in the Off season with Owner approval. During times of promotion, this property does not allow discounts.*

The layout and decor of this house is very pleasing, and the pool is marvelous, and kept very clean. They've got extra pool/beach toys. We felt very comfortable in this home.
