Island Realty Rental Information & Guidelines
Check-In:
Between 4pm – 7pm (We try to ensure all properties are ready by 4pm, but due to unforeseen circumstances, your property will be ready within this time period.)
If you will be arriving after office hours, please contact us before we close to receive your late arrival instructions.
Check-Out:
10am is the check out time on the day of your departure! Please return all keys to our office. There is a drop box next to our front door. If you wish to leave before our office opens on the morning of your departure, please note the drop box next to our front door.
Office Hours:
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day:
Monday –Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Friday–Sunday: 8:30am - 7pm
Off Season:
Monday – Sunday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Travel Insurance
By purchasing travel insurance, you can insure yourself for covered cancellation penalties, medical costs, as well as gain access to a wide range of traveler's assistance services. Travel insurance can cover you if someone in your family has an illness or injury, you lose your job, or weather prevents you from leaving home.
