Cozy beach home on the beautiful Isle of Palms. Located one block from the beach the walk is 500 ft. to the Palm Blvd public access. Enjoy a great open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living and dining room and large flat-screen TV. Kitchen features granite countertops with a gas stove. Kitchen overlooks the combination living/dining room with a large dining room table. This is a raised house but all the bedrooms and living space are all on one level. Inside there are a total of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Master bedroom has a private bathroom.

Wake up and sip your coffee from the comfort of a covered porch out front. Later on you can enjoy a relaxing dinner cooked on the gas grill outside on the screened porch and open deck out back. Under the house there is plenty of parking and a hot and cold outside shower.

Direct TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi and linens included. No Smoking. Pet Friendly with $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. Fireplace not for guest use. Yard is not completely enclosed. Fence is on 3 sides.

We enjoyed our 50 night stay at this quiet home on Cameron Blvd. Sitting out in the large screen porch in the evening times listening to the ocean waves come on shore was very relaxing. The master bath walk-in shower was the perfect size for one person, but big enough for two. I enjoyed cooking meals in the open kitchen, while being able to watch my football games on tv. The only item needed in this great affordable beach home would be to have a bigger, more modern 4k type tv in its large open family room. My walks on the nearby beach at sunset were very enjoyable. Island Realty Staff and Maintenace People are the BEST PERSON'S I have ever worked with, over the last 10 years of vacation home stays along the Charleston area beaches! My first choice in beach vacation homes will now be ISLAND REALTY.

We enjoyed our stay with our dog. The beach access was close, and the location was peaceful with very little traffic in front because of the dead end street. The one-level layout of the house and split bedroom floor plan were nice. The great room and dining area were roomy. We used the gas grill for a couple of meals and sat on the screened porch when temperatures allowed. The landscaping and concrete pad underneath were kept clean and neat, and we were able to pull two cars underneath for shade. Overall, this was our favorite of the dog-friendly houses we’ve rented.

The layout of this house was very good for our family of 6 plus a baby and 2 small dogs. Everyone had a private toilet and we shared showers with one couple. The beds were adequate but not comfy. The king fitted sheet would not stay on the bed and there were no pillow cases for any more than 2 pillows per bed. One Queen room had a crinkle bed cover/protector made noise when moving in bed. Understand its a pet friendly, but carpet in BRs were very stained. Kurig didn't work and no top to blender could be found. No broom and dustpan for easy touch up of floors. Not any yard room in back, only a small front yard for playing outdoor games.

This was the second time we stayed at this house! It is 1 block from the beach and accommodated our 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 dogs perfectly! Much more affordable than the monstrosities on the beach! A few minor flaws- slow bathtub drain and holes in the screened in porch- but over all very nice. Great rental!

Very clean, roomy and cozy. It was nice to have the bedrooms on opposite sides of the house just to give time apart. It was also a great location since the street was a dead end, so not a lot of car traffic. Really convenient to the beach. Plenty of pillows and plenty of blankets.

This was a great little house for a couple or small family. It was very bright and cheery with a great location.

Bring your own pillows and hang a towel over the kitchen window to the back stairs!

We may not travel again to IOP until the panicdemic has passed. If we were to choose to wear face masks, we could do that at home.

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The house was a good size with 4 bedrooms. The house included all the kitchen utensils that we needed. It has a very open den & large kitchen table to seat all. Screened-in porch was nice as well. The location was great...only 2 blocks from the beach. Only a ten minute drive or so to main IOP area & the connector.

We had a wonderful time at Isle of Palms. This is the third or fourth time we have stayed in this house. It is so nice and clean AND we got to take our little dog. Although the weather was cool, we enjoyed it very much. The updates they have made since last year were great. Thank you for allowing us to stay there with our dog. Most pet-friendly places leave a lot to be desired but this rental did not. We love it!

We enjoyed our stay although compared to other homes we have rented it seemed lightly equipped. For example we were "allocated" only three trash bags and three packets of dishwasher soap. This seems a bit on the cheap side for a expensive property. Furnishings also seemed a bit dated

My husband and I, 2 adult boys, their finances and a dog had a fabulous time and enjoyed our rental very much! The screened in porch was our favorite part! Our only complaint was the door to the master bathroom did not close completely and front door was hard to open. This was our 3rd time using island realty and plan to use them next fall when we return for our son's wedding!

Location is superb at dead end one block from beach and public beach access. Layout with two bedrooms each on either side of kitchen lends to more privacy, but house a bit small for 6-8 if unrelated! House could use some deep cleaning as well as stain removal from carpets in bedrooms. The layer of grime really takes away from an otherwise nice house.

This property and location was absolutely ideal for our week long stay on the island!! It's on the 2nd row, but has immediate access to the beach from a cut through to Palms Blvd. my wife and I stayed here by ourselves for half of the week, and then our parents joined for the remainder. It is absolutely perfect for 5 to 6 people. Kitchen and bathrooms are in really good condition and the back screened in porch is wonderful. Our dog loved it! Also, the front porch is a nice relaxing spot to enjoy porch sitting, rocking chairs, and morning coffee. If you have a bigger party staying, the only negative would be it only has 2 baths, so some might end up sharing... All in all, 4.5 out of 5 and I would definitely refer this place to a friend. Might look into staying here again for the future.

IOP is so beautiful and this property is in a great location; very easy walk to the beach without being right on the main road. Thank you for allowing pets! They are part of our family and are better behaved than some people I know. : )

4006 Cameron is worn and tired. Location was what we needed.Walls need painting, carpets should be removed and tiled instead for wearability. Holes in the screens on the porch. HD tv? I must have misread something.

We were there for a wedding so it fit our needs for location and timeframe. I was disappointed and a little ashamed of the condition when others in the wedding party came by. Time to refurbish and then continue renting. Get internet access too!

We do not require our owners to provide beach equipment, so we are not able to guarantee that there will be some available for use. However, we recommend a few local companies for chair rentals that you can add to your reservation through our concierge service.

IOP Beach Chair Company - Beach chairs, umbrellas, surfboards, bikes, and more! Order ahead and they will set your equipment up on the beach for you.

Baby's Away Charleston - Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, games, and more! Order ahead and your items will be at your rental upon your arrival.\

You can cancel your reservation; however, you will not get a refund unless the property is re-rented for the same dates and rate as your reservation.

Island Realty has a 10% cancellation fee, and the remainder of your deposit is held pending the re-rental of the property.

If you are paid in full for the reservation, all money will be held until we can re-rent the property. If the property is not re-booked, the entire balance will be forfeited to Island Realty, regardless of whether or not a full deposit was made at the time of booking.
