You might get availability in a unit you already manage; you might sign a new property onto your program. Keep the potential tenant interested and engaged in your services. How do we like to do this? By sending out an updated unit list every two weeks.
It might sound simple, but the act of showcasing new or featured listings to interested parties can do so much. Not only does it keep Island Realty in the minds of potential renters, it also advertises our owners' properties in a much more direct way than simply listing the units online and never mentioning them again.
