Housekeeping

All of our properties are clean and ready for your arrival, but they DO NOT include daily maid service and fresh linens. We are here to help you have the best vacation ever, and we know that many guests enjoy the option of fresh towels and/or daily light housekeeping services. Below are Isle Clean It, Island Realty's in-house housekeeping department's, offered services.

Please be aware that pricing and availability is subject to change if the unit is cleaned by a private housekeeper. Pricing is reflective only of services offered by Isle Clean It.

Light Housekeeping

Our light housekeeping service includes — making the beds (no linen exchange unless ordered), vacuuming, dusting, mopping, wiping down kitchen counters, and trash removal from bedrooms and living room. If you would like a specific cleaning option that is not mentioned above, extra services are available at an hourly rate of $75 for the first hour and $50 per hour after.

  • Towel exchange consists of fresh towels delivered to your home or villa.
  • Cleanings are scheduled between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday - Friday and are not available on Saturday or Sunday.
  • Cleaning properties with 5 or more bedrooms require a start time between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.
  • Maid service and linens must be ordered at least one week prior to arrival
  • Cleaning does not include linen changes or refill of amenities, both can be arranged for additional charges.

Linens

Initial linen sets consist of sheets and pillowcases in the appropriate quantities and sizes for your rental property, plus one bath towel and one washcloth per person permitted by capacity. If linens are not initially included with your rental, you may order them separately.

  • Ordered linens are delivered to your rental property starting at 3 p.m.
  • Bed-making is not included in the linen rental price but can be purchased for an additional fee
  • Linens must be ordered at least one week prior to arrival
