The house fit 14 adults no problem with plenty of room, with just 1 of the twin bedrooms being a little small. The house did show a little wear and needed a good air freshener, but they were nothing to ruin our stay. (3/5 stars) Our experience was not great. We stay at many rental homes and this home is below average. The biggest issue was the lack of adequate air-conditioning. Maintenance came by and indicated the unit was working fine and the filters needed to be replaced. The filters were never replaced during our stay. Outstanding location with about a 50 yard, 1 -2 minute walk to beach and places to go in town. My recommendation would be to add a 2nd refrigerator. For a house with 7 bedrooms that should be a must. Pros: clean, new, well stocked kitchen with quality cooking utensils and variety, great location to walk to beach or bars, did not use pool, a nicely decorated, impeccably clean, none of the rundown beach house things, could use some beach toys in garage as some beach houses offer, beds were soft but all linens and pillows were quality and clean. Living room was cozy and comfy with nice furniture and clean. Cons: Not great sound barrier between the two floors so the downstairs can hear very doorstep and bed creak in the room above, but nothing a sound machine can’t fix. drier was very noisy but worked fine and maintenance said they’d take a look. (4/5 stars) We were there on a women’s golf trip and had a great time! The house is beautiful and very clean. Very close to all the cool little restaurants. The only negative thing about this house is that you cannot set the air conditioning below 71°. It didn’t fare well with some of the ladies that like it a little cooler at night. And the porch is really small for such a big house but we went to the pool and hung out instead. There is a lot more space than what it seems to be. Very open and homey for a nice little trip to the beach. The house had all the things needed/ kitchen utensils and other dishes. Living room tv only one used so cannot asses function of others in bedrooms. Shortage of pantry space for our goods. Too many plates and glasses and only 4 cereal bowls.
