We did not use it but reported it on departure.The inside of the house was a little worn down, but furnishings were up to date.Outside was not so clean. Patio and porch furniture needed cleaning, and one patio chain had only 3 usable legs. Parking area underneath was pretty dirty.Overall, we plan to stay again as long as we can manage the stairs. Its proximity to the beach, town restaurants, and shops was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet, and the surroundings were enjoyable. Great location, pool access and short walk to beach,Wife would like to see few more cooking pans/pots plus utensils. Generally, we cook in - we had some issues with very limited cooking necessities. TV was an issue on Final 4 weekend. Recommend providing basic service and provide some info at TV. Super convenient walk (less than 3 minutes) to the beach through a quiet private neighborhood. Wonderful beach with a very nice sand bar during low tide, which makes for a great section of ocean appropriate for very young children! High tide brings the thrills of a stronger wave experience for older kids and adults! Our property was well maintained and perfect for a family of four (2 kids) and my mother in law! Very comfy, clean, and well stocked kitchen. Grocery store, butcher, fish market, and liquor store all within walking distance! Literally a three minute walk to all of these. Community pool and tennis courts are next door to this house. Clean and nicely furnished for a pet friendly but there were a few things that would have made it even better. For example, the kitchen sink faucet leaked, some of the mattresses could have been better (master bedroom and twin beds) as well as the ceiling fans made noises. Also the porch door needs fixing badly. Don't mean to be a Debbie Downer but the above mentioned items would have made a good stay, a greater stay! These aren't expensive fixes when compared to price of staying there I believe.
