This sunny and charming beach home boasts beautiful wood flooring through the living and dining spaces. The shared full bathroom has been updated with tile and an enclosed glass shower, and the kitchen hosts new stainless appliances, and quartz countertops. A large dining area is surrounded by windows (no blinds or coverings), offering plenty of warmth and sunlight through the day. The two queen bedrooms are spacious and a perfect fit for two adult couples. The third bedroom hosts a bunk bed and trundle bed, which can hold up to four children. Outside, guests will love the backyard oasis -perfect for lounging along the pool deck, or cooling off within the large in-ground pool. The elevated entry deck comes equipped with a gas grill. Wi-Fi and Linens Included. Washer and dryer are located in garage stall (not accessible from interior of home, please plan to carry any laundry outside up and down stairs). No smoking, No pets. Garage not available for parking, but does offer a foosball table-perfect for a rainy day. ***Exterior cameras are for security purposes only, and are not directed toward the inside of the home** Vehicle Capacity: 2 Beach Renourishment Notice: This section of the island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project from November through end of December 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. It's a short walk to the beach. There were games to keep us occupied on the chillier days and everything was clean and comfortable. (4/5 stars) This bright and airy house was clean upon arrival and perfectly located on a quiet street with an easy walk to the beach. Our family of 5 would have preferred another bathroom but the outdoor shower and toilet definitely helped. There was some trash scattered in the pool area and the pool did not look like it had been cleaned prior to our arrival, but the property manager was very responsive and got someone out the following day. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. (5/5 stars) If you want to stay on Isle Of Palm and not spend your entire savings this house will satisfy you 100%. It is so close to the ocean, surrounded by new beautiful homes and I just cannot say enough about how much fun everyone had using the pool. I don’t love that you have to stop at the property management office just to get a 4 digit code that could have been texted. Kitchen had everything you need.
