In the backyard you will find a gas grill, and outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Newly added large screen porch in the back yard. *The home is setup with Smart TV\'s in the living room, master bedroom, and queen bedroom. With an Xfinity app (instead of cable box) on all of them to provide standard cable which included multiple sports channels. Apps are also available on all tvs to sign into your own personal streaming accounts to access more content. * A dining room off the kitchen seats 6, with 2 additional chairs for a group of 8. Rentals are stocked with small \'starter packs\' that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent. Pets are conditional and must be approved in advance ($200 non refundable pet fee). Linens and WIFI are included. NO SMOKING. It was perfect for my family, which included five adults, one toddler, and our dogs. The fenced in backyard has plenty of room for our dogs to run. The playground is just around the corner, so it was perfect for our toddler. A short walk to the beach, which was great. The home itself was absolutely great as well! The dogs LOVED the fenced in backyard. I will say having some higher end/larger style towels vs. cheap hotel style and providing beach towels for the price point would be ideal. Especially since we were traveling in from out of state. (Or at least having it as an add-on option). Living room had ample space for both families to congregate, kitchen table was used as the puzzle zone, and bedroom/bathroom worked well for adults and the 4 kids. Originally wondered if we would want to be “on” the beach, but glad we were off the main (read busy) road. I loved the fenced in back yard for our 1 year old pup. The rec park is absolutely amazing with a fantastic dog park on the far side of the rec park. Basketball and pickle ball courts light up at night and daytime classes are available to the public. If you are not in the mood to walk to the beach, there are public parking spaces across the road from the beach entry point. I loved the garbage/recycling roll in/out service. A nice touch! We also had immediate yard/lawn service after a messy tropical storm. We felt very taken care of by the entire staff at Island Realty. Otherwise, the location is fine -- close enough to the Connector that you don't have to sit in traffic for a long time. The location is in a residential neighborhood of smaller houses, and close to the tennis and pickle ball courts. Kitchen was well equipped, and there is a grill outside. One bedroom is on one side of the living areas and the other three are on the opposite site, which was nice for separating older folks from the little ones!
