All bathrooms have been updated The upstairs family room has breathtaking views with two large sofas, one of which will be a newly updated queen sleeper. Which can be used as an additional sleeping area. Owners have provided 3 kayaks and lifejackets for guest use as well as beach games including cornhole. The home is has wireless internet and YouTube TV via Roku TV\'s and Fire TV\'s. So feel free to watch YouTube TV or login into any of your favorite streaming channels and linens are included. No Smoking. No Pets. Rentals are stocked with small \'starter packs\' that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent. ---LAYOUT--- First Floor: Elevated home with Carport Owners leave 1 personal car under house on right hand side. Should be a path or stairs to get down on the beach. Property could use some refreshing and new paint. Some of the outdoor furniture was rusted and held together with duct tape making is unusable. The low tides enabled the kiddies to play in the water like a swimming pool as well as kayak out to the sand bar where there was lots of wildlife to see. Restaurants galore and two great ice cream shops. At low tide you have a saltwater pond...huge and better than a swimming pool. We paddle boarded and kayaked daily just 200 ft from our awesome decks. At high tide the kids had a ball riding much fun. - Anonymous Posted on 8/6/2019 ### Great House & Fabulous Location! (5/5 stars) Beautiful house! Right on the beach. Very peaceful & relaxing! Beautiful views! Well equipped & nicely decorated. Loved the location. Was an easy under two mile trip into the downtown Sullivan's Island which was quiet & very nice. We were always able to get into restaurants & loved the Co-Op coffee shop. We were able to play tennis on the very nice public tennis courts & there was a really nice playground as well. Found a problem with the dryer the day we got there & Island Realty very promptly responded & fixed it.
