Every flat surface had pretty things on them, with little room left for our items. Also; the listing said there was cable television provided. After consulting with your tech people, it was determined this was NOT the case. A STREAMING PLATFORM was all that was provided in the unit. When at the beach, keeping up with the latest LIVE Weather from LOCAL TV Stations is imperative, when enjoying outdoor activities. The condo was nice. The Condo was in great shape and very comfortable for ourselves and our two adult daughters as well as guests that visited most days who lived in Charleston. It had easy access from the balcony stairs to the pool and beach and had a fantastic unobstructed view of the ocean (some of the first floor units that we have stayed in previously are obstructed by the palm trees outside). We look for a unique setting with 3 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms and we very much enjoyed unit 103, it is a well taken care of unit that has most everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located right on the beach with easy access to the sand/surf. We had chairs/umbrellas set up for us and it was delightful being able to just come back and forth to the unit during the day for whatever needs, like drinks/lunch... As soon as you walk in the door you know you have arrived to a relaxing beach vacation. It looks to be professionally decorated. Everything is in the perfect place. There were plenty of towels, extra set of sheets, well stocked kitchen and lots more. You just walk out the door and there is everything right there! Shops and restaurants. The only time we got back in our car was to visit Charleston which is only 25 minutes away. I would highly recommend this condo so much that we are booking it again next year. Note that it is very close to the pier/public parking, so the part of beach directly in front of the condo can get busy.
