There were several maintenance issues during our stay; no hinge on a kitchen cabinet door so door fell off when opened, toilet paper hanger falling off cabinet, toilet leaking into the unit below. The kitchen needs to be stocked better, salt and pepper at a minimum would have been nice. More than 2 dish towels, they are not expensive. The pots and pans are so old. There is not a pot large enough for a shrimp broil. I wouldn't recommend this unit until it is updated. The view is wonderful, but the unit is tired and it would be nice if the maintenance issues were resolved prior to renting it. Everything looked new / sheets covers towels New paint / great views from nice porch / love the high chair seating on deck / we want to come back / sorry to hear it won’t be available until next summer due to maintenance updates / island staff was great especially Jenny at reservation desk and Tyler and James at Maintenance dept who helped us fix TVs and lock and big help in getting things from condo to our car ( we both on canes unfortunately ) we had a wonderful time / great seafood at Long Island Cafe !! Beautiful condo with lots of living room space and comfortable seating and eating areas. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The condo was very clean. Absolutely beautiful oceanfront views from two separate balconies one off the master and second bedrooms. Truly enjoyed my quiet time on the balcony reading and listening to the waves. Very peaceful. The beach was relatively private and not crowded. The pool was easily accessible and private. It is surrounded by attractive landscaping and palm trees.
