Off the sunroom and living room is a large open deck overlooking the lagoon and the end of the Links driving range. This home is tucked away in the private gated community of Ocean Point located within Wild Dunes. The Ocean Point Community includes access to a community pool located just a couple blocks up the road. Just steps away (approximately 150yds) from the beach access this home is positioned on the Northeastern tip of Isle Palms, which has very limited access. This makes plenty of room for you and the family to sprawl out and enjoy the serenity of the Atlantic Ocean! If you are looking for a nice peaceful family getaway, or a golfers paradise, look no further. This home has been completely refurnished throughout. The large open floor plan leaves plenty of room for the family to spread out, and seating for 8 at the dining room table. Owner has also provided a stand alone High Capacity Icemaker down in the garage, as well as an additional 2nd full size fridge. Along with a new beverage fridge in utility room, and new beer chiller next to the kitchen. The 2 upstairs king bedrooms open onto another large deck with gorgeous lagoon views. Access to the 2 twin bedroom is through the King bedroom on the right when walking upstairs. *The home is setup with Smart TV\'s in the living room, and every bedroom in the house.. With an Xfinity app (instead of cable box) on all of them to provide standard cable which included multiple sports channels. Apps are also available on all tvs to sign into your own personal streaming accounts to access more content. * Community pool currently open year round, and open at 10am. ***The Ocean Point pool and pool deck patio areas will be undergoing much-needed renovations beginning October 5, 2026, to March 2027 and will be closed during that time. *** Rentals are stocked with small \'starter packs\' that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent. It was also really nice to have the extra fridge space in laundry room. The beer fridge was great as well and kept beer ice cold. The commercial ice maker ensured you never run out of ice. It was about 2 minutes from the beach access path and 4 or 5 minutes to the beach. The pool access was a little farther down the road but was still probably only 6 minutes away. So the location was great! The backyard was beautiful and we loved to see the turtles in the lagoon. The sunroom was also a favorite. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, and even had a toaster oven/air fryer and a garlic press, but was lacking storage containers. Even though the oven did not get replaced while we were there, I was impressed with the way the situation was handled! This is why we rent from Island Realty. Our family found it very spacious and comfy. The house felt luxurious although the furnishings were not high end. We found many dirty dishes in the house and the kitchen was moderately equipped with cookware. We still found the house to be very enjoyable and peaceful. Island Realty’s team was super-friendly and ready to help anytime we called, although with one call, the agent was not knowledgeable about the Wild Dunes sports card.
