The condo itself can use some love. The leaky kitchen faucet, stained furniture and a bathroom drain that would not drain quickly. We expected more for what we paid for. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. There is no elevator so if you have a hard time with stairs, do not do the 3rd floor. We would return but not to this unit. (5/5 stars) This condo was on the older side, but very clean, and the location was perfect. We could walk to the beach and restaurants very easily. The check-in process was easy. The place was perfect for my needs. Spacious and clean. Could have used a washer and dryer. There were also way too many throw pillows that crowded the furniture. Neither of these would prevent me from staying here again, though. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our time on IOP. It was an easy walk to the beach (be mindful of the county park closing time, they lock the gates) and restaurants on IOP. The condo was spacious, however it could use some updating. The furniture in the living room needed a good cleaning and the couch was not very comfortable. Unit was clean and provided all the basics. We have stayed in this complex and Sea Cabins many times and will continue to come back. Only complaint with this unit is lack of ceiling fans. The AC had to stay on 71 so unit would not freeze which was OK until night time when bedrooms would get hot and no fan to circulate air. Just a walk across the street before your toes are in the sand on the beach. You can park your car and walk to restaurants and local shopping. Major shopping center is just a few miles over the bridge. Management company is right next door and responds to quickly and efficiently to all calls. We recently rented this unit for the first time and very pleased with this unit. The smart TV was a nice touch for various streaming services for ease of login. The size was perfect for 4 people. Furniture and linens all in very good condition. Condo was nicely decorated and very clean. The walk to the beach was short and convenient. The beach was clean and not very crowded. The check in/out process was very easy and the staff were polite and helpful. My only complaints are minor: tap water doesn't get cold and no convenient recycling. Only bad thing was no elevator and we were on the third floor. Also no washer and dryer in the unit so inconvenient to go to the laundromat. But a nice little condo just right for 2 people.
