This vacation rental is located across the street from a beach access path, and is perfectly situated for maximum time at the beach. A quick drive to shopping, restaurants, tennis, dog park, gym, basketball, playground, and more!

This lower level unit of a triplex features easy access (just a couple steps onto front entry deck), an updated kitchen, charcoal grill, Smart flat-screen TVs (cable in living room and master only, streaming capabilities for other bedrooms), Wireless internet, washer and dryer, a large patio in back of home, and an outdoor shower (shared between upper unit and apartment C). Perfect for small families or couples looking for affordable accommodations with updates, and close proximity to the beach and other island amenities.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed and Twin bed; Shares hall bath (shower/tub combo) with Bedroom 2; Smart flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities (no cable).

The three bedroom, two bath upstairs unit is also offered as a rental and may be rented together with the downstairs unit for a total of six bedrooms and four baths, pending availability (see Palm Blvd 2605 Up and ask Island Realty vacation planner). The one bedroom, one bath Apartment of the triplex may also be rented with the downstairs unit, pending availability (ask vacation planner or see Palm Blvd 2605 Apartment C) for a total of four bedrooms and three baths. *Please keep in mind that the upstairs unit and Apartment C, are not pet friendly*

We rented the upper and lower units of the property and it was perfect for the 10 of us. Our group was made up of 4 different family clusters. It was great having the separation when we wanted quiet time, and backyard was perfect to get everyone together. Beach was 5 minute walk.

This was our first time in IOP and we would definitely stay here again! Yes, the house is on the main rd (30mph), but it is also directly across from a beach access point. We found the home to be clean and just what we wanted for our getaway. The few times we contacted Island Realty with questions, they were very quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was spacious and clean. Great access to the beach! The location was convenient to Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. We were given the wrong access code to open the door. The owner helped us! Some of the light switches were hard to locate. There was not enough places in bathroom to put towels and wash clothes or to hang robe, etc. Overall, it was a nice place with fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed.
