This adorable elevated beach cottage is located just across the street from the beach. This 2,150-square-foot home features a full length screened porch, comfortable living room, dining area, and a spacious kitchen with large center island and breakfast bar. The living room, dining room and kitchen are one big room with plenty of seating and large flat screen TV. Just off the kitchen on the main floor is a conveniently placed laundry room. There are four bedrooms on the main floor and a charming crow’s nest that doubles as a fifth bedroom on the thrid floor. The crows nest opens to a private sundeck. The primary bedroom is over sized with a sitting area and boasts a spacious en-suite bathroom with large shower and deep soaking tub. Bedrooms include two king-size beds, one full bed and three twin beds.

Please no smoking, no pets, linens and WiFi are included, outdoor shower on the back side of the house.

We loved staying at 2703 Palm Blvd. the home had a great open floor plan great room and kitchen dining but separated areas for master and other bedrooms. The beach was a close walk across the street. We would like to return soon. Island realty was also nice to deal with.

Love this property!! This was our seventh or eight straight summer stay. Easy access entrance right across the street makes for a quick walk to the beach. The house is spacious with three bedroom areas. The updated master suite and kitchen make this rental extra nice. Located close to beach, lllshopping, restaurants and grocery make for a perfect vacation spot. Property has all the conveniences of home--- washer and dryer in a large laundry room. There is secure space in the garage area for surfboards, kayaks and bikes Great Wi-Fi and internet for our teenage grandchildren. Look forward to another stay next summer.

The pictures really don't do this place justice. It is significantly more spacious than it looks. All the furnishings are great and as a woodworker I can appreciated some of the pieces they've selected such as the butler's table by the front door. The screened in porch is a plus and was a popular place for the girls as well as a place to buffer from the beach before going in the house. The kitchen are is well laid out and spacious with a gas stove and really nice cabinets with soft closing doors and drawers. Wash machine came in handy as we had to wash towels and wash clothes daily. The wood floors are much appreciated over tiles or carpeting. The location was perfect for us. There was a light that was out over the stove and maintenance fixed that without hesitation... I've used Island Realty several times when in the Charleston area (as has my wife with her "sisters" weekend getaway), they make it so easy to work with. When it comes to this beach house, it is a place I would definitely like to stay in on a regular basis....

This house was clean, could use a bit more updating in the hall bathroom and some pieces of furniture, especially on the porch. It was louder from the road noise than we had expected. Would have liked an area in the back yard to be able to sit and relax. We would have liked to have known where the grill was and would have been nice to have it clean.
The rental agency was very responsive to our needs.
The screen door needs to be replaced as it cannot be completely closed from the inside without locking it. The kitchen did have everything we needed to prepare some meals at the house. The reason to not recommend this house to others is based on the noise from the road. If that is not a problem for others, would recommend it based on cleaniness and equipment.

This is such a great home and has PLENTY of space for more than one family. We live in the Charleston area and Do a few “stay-cations” a year. Directly across the street is the beach access which makes this home and a family with young kiddos PERFECT. Only downside is no real patio or deck on the backside so it made grilling a little challenging. Can’t wait to book again.

We returned this summer for our sixth or seventh time. This property is conveniently located across the street with easy access the beach. The open concept layout is ideal for family gathering. The owners have gone out of their way to provide every need for a wonderful stay---washer, dryer, kitchen utensils, TV's etc. The added large master suite with garden tub and nice shower is a bonus. The enclosed garage is a secure place to store kayaks and surfboards This property is close to a grocery store, shopping center, and nice restaurants. Island Realty, as always, was very friendly and professional and made check in/out easy except for parking there. Sorry to say that cost increase may affect our future plans.

We loved the house, location and Porch! Plenty of room for everyone! The master shower was awesome!! Kitchen had plenty of space for cooking and gathering around the island!! Clean, comfy beds and well equipped! Only downside was lack of comfy porch furniture and the porch was dusty and dirty. It just needed some more rocking chairs and a good washing! But we still spent lots of time out there!

I would stay here again. One of the bathrooms and a couple of the bedrooms are in need of a makeover, but the master suite and main living area are nice. I have to say that this was one of the cleanest units I’ve rented. Typically, rentals don’t look like a cleaning crew has even been there, but you could tell that they’d done a thorough job. Beach access is right across the road and a very easy walk. Traffic is very heavy and you have to be careful crossing the road. Nice park with playground a couple of blocks away. Very pleased with our stay!

Very clean. Spacious house. Lots of cooking equipment and dishes (even a few plastic ones for the kids). Loved that it was across the street from the beach access. Loved the addition of the curtain to the outdoor shower area-- great for cleaning off and trying to keep the sand out of the house. The grass had not been mowed in a while and there were tons of mosquitoes in the shower area. The upstairs bedroom was VERY HOT though. Thankfully we didn't need that bedroom after all because it would have been miserable to sleep in there.

This was our fourth visit to this property. We like the big open layout and updated kitchen with large island. A large laundry room with washer and dryer is located right off the kitchen. The updated master suite is huge with garden tub and large shower. The master is located away from the three bedroom and bath on the other side of the house. There is an upstairs room with outside patio area . This updated room has a single bed. As we bring bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, and surf boards, we especially like the large enclosed space under the house---garage door makes it a safe place to store items. This property is conveniently located across the street from beach access. A plus is there is plenty of parking space.
Check in at the Rental office was different this year because of Covid. Actually this was much better because there is limited parking there. We were notified by phone when the rental was ready and was given the code. Also because of Covid we were able to get take-out from our favorite restaurants. A grocery and Towne Center shopping center with variety of shops are close by---Belk is the anchor store. It was good to see all were wearing masks and practicing social distancing.
If you are looking for big fancy luxury with big price tag, this is not the place . If you are looking for a nice comfortable family getaway rental with at reasonable price, I recommend this place. Hope to rent it again next summer!!

LOVE this house! Our fourth time renting it. Hopefully if it is available next year in our time off, we will rent for the fifth time. The open concept with an updated kitchen, nice laundry with washer and dryer, and huge updated master suite make it the perfect get away spot for us and our budget. Two large flatscreen TVs kept us updated on local news and weather as well as what was going on nationwide. (And, of course, cartoons for the kid.) The upstairs room with nice desk area gave the kids a nice space of their own for crafts and games. Directly across the street from the property is beach access. (A definite plus). Harris Teeter grocery nearby is very convenient. The huge space underneath the house was perfect for storing our kayaks, bikes and surf boards. A great spot for a family vacation!!

We had a good vacation in Isles of Palm and Charleston. The rental house was very nice and clean. Large enough for all of us and a well equipped kitchen. The beach was just a short walk across the road. If we need a house this size again we will stay again.

Love this beach house. This was our third year renting this home. (That kinda says it all.) The house has been recently renovated to include an open concept, a nice kitchen with large island, a large laundry room complete with washer and dryer right off the kitchen, and a very large updated master bedroom with en suite to include a huge shower and garden tub. The master bedroom is located away from other bedrooms for privacy. Nice big flat screen TVs and cable make it much like home. The large garage had plenty room to store our four kayaks. The location is great--next row from beach front and close to grocery and food locations. It is conveniently located to shopping at nearby Town Center which is anchored with a Belk, Barnes and Noble, numerous dress shops, Lowes and more. There is much more shopping close in downtown Charleston. It is not the grandest house on the Isle but it fits our pocketbook and lifestyle. We're looking forward to year four in 2019!

Location was nice, but the traffic at times was a little loud. Home was really nice & comfortable. Ice maker was not working, but the rental company was going to send someone out while we were there. I told them it could wait until we left. The front steps did some some touch up painting.

We were family and friends staying together for my sons wedding. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw how beautiful the home we stayed in was. It's was clean and we'll kept and tastefully decorated. Close to the grocery store and just across the street from the beach. My only regret is we couldn't stay longer! This was our second summer to rent this house, and we are already looking forward to renting it next summer. Love the master suite (wow), laundry room, convenience to ocean, restaurants, and grocery. The kitchen with large island is great. There is plenty of space for parking. The large garage beneath the house was perfect for storing surfboards and kayaks.

Our expectations were high, as we visited the Charleston area for the first time. I had dreamed of renting a home near the ocean for years. I worried the trip may not live up to my expectations. There was no reason for concern. I wanted a house that was charming and beachy and just rustic enough to feel cozy. Check! I wanted a house that offered a quick walk to the beach. Check! I wanted a house that offered the 2 families travelling together some privacy, along with places to be altogether. Check! I am very particular with the cleanliness of places I stay, so I wanted somewhere I didn't have to clean before settling in. Check! What friendly people checked me in at Island Realty! I was not at all disappointed. The entire rental experience exceeded my expectations! I would certainly come back to the same house again. It was lovely!

Highlights of this rental property is the greatroom. Big kitchen, big dining table. Our group of 8 was very comfortable. Could have used one more bathroom. the front porch was nice but lots of traffic on the road made it less appealing. Limited supplies - brought our own TP, or we would have run out. Kitchen didn't have any spices or non-perishable staples which most VRBO's do. Very easy walk to the beach - lovely beach. The manager was very helpful when we asked for a late checkout.

We loved the beach access directly across the street. It's a hike to the actual sand, but it's as close as you get without being oceanfront. The large, screened in front porch was perfect for our group with kids. The open floor plan for kitchen/dining/living was perfect for socializing and the bedrooms were just far enough away from the noise. The photos accurately show the property. It appears home owners are in the midst of upgrades as one bathroom is fully done up and the other is stuck in the 80s. Kitchen is gorgeous and fully stocked! My only complaints were that the floors are a bit dirty. It seems housekeeping maybe vacuums, but doesn't mop them. Second issue was a wasp nest under the stairs (I got stung 4x) but I informed the rental mgmt co and they assured me someone would be out to remove the nest. Overall this was a great rental experience and our entire group all agreed we would return here in the future. If you plan to order food, Long Island Grill is amazing and the fresh seafood from Simmons Seafood was well priced.

Had a great week at this Isle of Palms property. The layout of the house is good-- especially for two families. Loved the garage area under house to store bikes, toys, and surf boards. The master suite is "to die for." The updated kitchen with large island is very nice. The laundry room is conveniently located right off the kitchen. The street location was quite busy for the older ones in the family, but the younger family thought it was fine. Did not get the ocean view that we had hoped for. Plenty of space outside for parking without having to move cars around to let someone out. Very convenient location for shopping and restaurants. The keyless entry made it easy to come and go without having to keep up with who has the key. Yes, we would consider renting this house again.

We had a wonderful time and part of the reason was the great property we stayed at. Everything was there we needed and working properly and it was very clean.
Isle of Palm is an ideal location. Close to the beach and close to Charleston.
After the long winter we had, we needed the sunshine.

Great location - right across the street from a great section of the beach on the Isle of Palms. Made it easy to run back to the house if needed, important when you have small children! The house was a perfect size for our family - 4 bedrooms on the main floor including a massive master bedroom (!) and one bedroom on the top floor. The floor plan is open and the master bedroom is very private. The porch was our favorite place to hang out and watch the world go by. Highly recommend this place!

Since this unit is not within Wild Dunes, it does not have access to its pools. However, many Wild Dunes amenities are open to the public (just tell the guard that is where you are heading) such as the spa, restaurants, and shopping!
