Needs textured paint on outdoor steps- slippery otherwise. Grass was cut Wednesday-had to walk through deep grass for 4 days. Garbage wasn’t picked up on schedule and all cans were full. Wonderful porch with comfortable seating and ocean views. The kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable. Two of the bathrooms are nice and spacious, while the 3rd (downstairs)bath is very small, especially the shower. Ended up going upstairs to shower. Path to beach is a little long, but we are older (75 - 85) and managed OK. Are planning to return next year. The house was larger than expected and it was nice to have 2 living areas. However, this is an older beach house (we didn’t mind that) and there is much room for improvements. For example, the carpet and furniture looked very old and worn. Island Realty was great to work with. Back porch is wonderful with plenty of seating. Perfect for our family. The location of the house and the back porch were perfect. We appreciated the numerous seating options on the porch and easy access, view and the constant breeze (from having 3 sides open). The house is dated and layout is awkward for indoor gathering. Since we and our guests were very interested in watching KY Derby, that was hard.
