They provide great communication and a quick response. I had no issues or problems for this recent experience but in the past have found them quick to help when I had trouble with an entry system or operating the rental media system etc. This property is a favorite of mine when not traveling with my extended family. The kitchen is well-equipped and I love the spacious master bath. The location is perfect on a dead-end street off busy Palm. I can easily access the beach but the neighborhood is quiet. The house was perfect for three friends, as we each had our own room. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard and it was a nice surprise to find chairs, a wagon and a cooler in the garage. It seemed small from the pictures, but we found it very spacious and charming. Everything was very clean and well stocked with everything you could think of. The back patio was a nice bonus and was used daily, the outdoor shower was very convenient for after the beach clean off. The house is on a very quiet cul-de-sac and the is very close to beach access and the downtown shopping area. A very nice public park is right around the corner as well. We rented a golf cart and used it to get around everywhere (helped with the holiday traffic on Palm). Overall, I am extremely happy with the property and the management company. They are very helpful and provide a ton of useful information. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The back yard was very private and makes for a nice place to relax and take in nature. The garage had another full size refrigerator and some beach equipment which was very thoughtful. I wish we had time to play ping pong upstairs. Nice layout - master suite on one side of the house and 2 bedrooms and separate bathroom for the kids on the other side of the house. All bedrooms were nice size and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and living/dining room area was comfortable to relax in after fun days at the beach. The master mattress was a too firm for me. The second bath was bit small and overall the inside space was fine for 4 adults, but part of our stay we had 6 adults and it was a little small in the kitchen, dining, living area for 6 adults. The outside back area was wonderful and we had great fun playing ping pong with friends & older kids staying in a nearby home. The quiet back yard and live oaks are beautiful. We would have preferred a gas grill to the electric grill or fire pit grill. The kitchen is so well-equipped. There are large TVs with easy to work remotes, comfortable bedding and nice furnishings. The wooden floors are very pretty with attractive rugs. Good water pressure in the bathrooms and a nice long folding space in the laundry area located in the adjoining out building. There are two bedrooms that share a bath on one side of the living area and a larger bath with shower by what I would call the master. It would be perfect for a family or for two couples. The location is excellent with two other rental properties nearby, one next door and another directly across the street. The walk to the beach is short and the neighbors quiet. This is my first time in this home. As mentioned, you do walk through a bathroom to get to the master but that wasn’t a problem for us. The bedrooms were all nice and tidy. I would say this is better for a family or a girls trip or maybe just two couples based on the size and set up. We enjoyed playing ping pong too! The walk to the beach is super quick since it’s right in between the 29 and 30 access. Love how quiet and safe the cul de sac was. Location was great, the beach was easily accessible, and the house was very clean. The only issue was the porch light was burnt out and we had called to have it replaced. It's a quiet street and low lit at night and unfortunately, it was never replaced during our stay. House was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, linens, etc. In a great location - short walk to the beach and close to Harris Teeter and easy access to Hwys 526/17. Garage is nice to pull in wet/sandy beach gear, and washer/dryer was convenient for a quick laundry load. Enjoyed the ping pong table above garage so we could use late without waking others up. The location was perfect. Very quiet street. The deck outside was nice. A very short walk to the beach too. A suggestion would be to add a chest of drawers or dresser in each bedroom so you can unpack. There wasn't really a place to unpack your clothing other than the closet. The washer/dryer in the garage was a little awkward but I was happy to have it available. It was pretty much what we expected from the pics and description. Beach was an easy walk. There was not enough general supplies provided for our group (6 adults)-items such as soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. and when I went to Island Realty to get more, they would only give me additional trash bags. Easy walk to the beach and on a quiet street. You will have to drive to restaurants and bars but not far. The house was spotless and well equipped.
