The unit has updated furniture and well stocked with kitchen and beach items.Sadly, the Roku was not linked to the Xfinity cable system and no pin was available. Maintenance did come the next day and figured out the Roku in the bedroom had the pin. It has fabulous views from the porch and sun deck since it is a front facing building to the ocean. The location can't be beat! The rental company provided enough toilet paper, garbage bags, and paper towels to last throughout our stay. We happened to stay during a very hot week. We understand it's tricky to maintain properties while humid, but there were places in the bathroom on the ceiling, foyer area around windows, and air vents where we could see possible black mold growing. The bathroom vanity was also rickety so we had to stick magazines under it to level it. The master bedroom didn't have nightstands on either side of the bed, so we put the random single kitchen stool on one side of the bed. We did appreciate the fan to help circulate air through the unit as the ac didn't seem to cool evenly. It was nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella for our use at the beach! All in all, it was a great stay with a few minor issues we noticed. We rented this condo for a week in May and will be renting it again in July. The condo is well appointed but the only downside is the refrigerator not having an ice maker. But we bought ice and made due with that. The views from the top deck are fantastic and great for star gazing. The unit has a nice decor and comfortable furniture. Spotless cleaning. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking essentials. The views are outstanding and we really enjoyed the early morning coffee time watching the waves and the beach walkers. It is a short 15 minute drive from island shopping but far enough away from the busy areas to feel somewhat remote, too. The rental experience was excellent! (3/5 stars) My husband and I enjoyed a 3-night stay at this place! The ocean views were incredible to watch sunrise and ocean life. The cozy condo had great beach access, with abundant of chairs and sand toys provided, which I thought was a great touch of home. The shower was delightful. For having such a great upscale accommodation, the owners truly need to read this review with constructive criticism and upgrade the king mattress! The current mattress is so hard, there is no difference than the floor. We ended up moving to the couch pull out sofa for the remainder of the stay, which was extremely dissatisfying. The King bed had sensual mirrors, great views, and a harder than a rock mattress. Hopefully there will be an upgrade for other couples to receive a more luxurious experience. We came to stay for a week in this condo, no you dont spend much time in the room but when its bed time you expect to sleep well. This is the WORST bed I have ever slept in, it felt like sleeping on a table (reviews said owners replaced the bed in 2021…i dont think thats true) the bed is so bad we almost decided to sleep on the couch due to being more comfortable than bed. This worked, but I think the router in F302 needs to be re-named and have a password assigned to it. Also, there were no coffee filters or laundry detergent I the unit, and I would have expected those supplies to be there. And we will return. This is the first time I stayed in this unit. The unit itself was wonderful. It was light and airy. (some of the pictures need to go LOL) My husband and I have 3 things we look for in a rental. 1. The view, 2. the furniture, and 3. the comfort of the bed. #1 is truly amazing. For #2, We spend a lot of time (hours!) in the screened porch. It has a spectacular view facing the ocean. However the furniture was lacking. It had 2 folding chairs and 2 rocking chairs. Even though the rocking chairs look nice, they are not very comfortable after a short period of time. We had to use cushions which didn't fit to make it tolerable. The most important thing to us was the bed. It was very hard & the most uncomfortable bed we ever slept in. We didn't sleep well. Everyone is different so this may not be a factor for you. I really loved this unit besides those two things and they are easily fixed by the owner. I would go back in a heart beat if those got updated. Very clean. Going up to the top floor to the open porch and sitting outside was spectacular (in late Oct). I would highly recommend this unit if those 2 things do not matter to you or the owner updated them.
