The condo was very clean and well stocked. The location of the condo was perfect as it is very close to the pier which was a plus for our fishing family! However the ocean and the pool was still a bit chilly to be the first of June. It’s a very small rental so I wish it had less clutter in it so it would be more functional. No need for a tv stand and coffee table in the living room and dresser in the bedroom or decorations on every surface. Would have preferred more usable space. Checkin was a bit silly in that you have a one hour window for check in then if you can’t make it they give you a code to a box at their office. Well the box has a paper with another code for the unit door. Code entry is great on vacation but why not just send me the code for the unit itself instead of making it a scavenger hunt. We really hoped for early check in too and weren’t able to do that which I know isn’t a guarantee but still would have been nice. Great location to the beach and walkable to restaurants. The staff was wonderful, having the beach right there was perfect. We were so relaxed and didn't want to leave. Having the full kitchen, it was easier and manageable to make lunches and dinners there. With the staples of Walmart, Target and grocery stores so close and with all the fresh seafood and fruits-- preparing meals at our rental was super convenient. It is in an old complex that is very loud; upstairs neighbor would run the length of the condo. You could also hear anyone walking in the back hallway (especially annoying because that's where the bedroom is located). My son enjoyed the fishing pier. This was my first Christmas since my mother passed and I was not looking for to Christmas this year. We decided to getaway and heard about sea cabins from a friend. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and nice this condo was. Everything was super cute! We felt so at home during our stay. The owner has thought of everything you would need during your stay. So, leave your cooking utensils at home and bring your K-cups. When we arrived the first thing I noticed in the kitchen was the little tabletop Christmas tree with a kitchen towel as a tree skirt. This was such a nice touch and I loved it so much! We’ve already booked our next trip for this same unit.
