The unit is newly renovated which is great but beach chairs and beach towels should really be offered with the unit, people flying aren’t able to really bring those items. Upon arrival, we arrived to find the door to our unit was unblocked which was pretty concerning given it was 9:00pm, I assume the cleaning team forgot to look it. However, we were disappointed with the lack of response to our request for bed linens for the 4th person in our party. The 4th person was an add after making our initial reservation. When I contacted Island Reality I was told the additional bed linen request would be no problem. We never found them and contacted both housekeeping and guest services. Felt like the buck was getting passed around. The condo itself was very cute, tastefully decorated & nicely appointed. It does need a ceiling fan in the bedroom though. It's located within walking distance to a couple really good restaurants & some bars/shopping. The exterior of the property however needs work. The boardwalk to the beach is in disrepair & there are lose 2x10 boards you have to walk on. Requested new from Cleaning and they delivered promptly. Very easy.2-We were promised a "Sea Cabin 313 A WiFi access" in our room. There is NONE. Only option given was to use Sea Cabin 113 A WiFi which was okay, but there was NO signal in the front half of the condo. The back half (where balcony is) was 3 out of 5 bars and a bit slow at times. The workaround was decent, but made working from Laptop and watching entertainment on the Smart TV in the Living Room spotty at best.3-The floors in the Dining/Kitchen Room + Bathroom are coming up. I called and made Maintenance aware, but it would be fixed after our visit. (5/5 stars) This is a beautiful unit, that feels much bigger than other Sea Cabins units b/c of the layout of furniture and appliances. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store within easy walking distance. A few things we'd change: the amount of time it took the water to heat up in the shower-it got warm in about 2 minutes, but for full-on heat, it took 20 minutes. There was no cork screw in the kitchen, so I bought one and left it there for the next guest that wants to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. There was only one big pot for cooking. We usually don't do much cooking on vacation, but during a pandemic (and cooler weather), we ate more meals at the condo.
