This villa is in Building A but nearby roof replacement work on Building B is scheduled to begin November 1 and is expected to last approximately one month. During this time, a portion of the parking lot will be blocked off, and guests may experience construction noise during daytime hours. No construction work is scheduled for weekends. The USB ports in the electrical outlets conveniently charges phones and tablets. The Kurig coffee maker has both drip and Kcup capability. The kitchen layout is the best we have seen in any of the units. The mattress and pillows provided us with restful sleep. The shower is A+++. The balcony gives you a great view of the ocean and pier. However the staff of Island Reality was over the top helpful for us to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. 314A is an awesome condo and I would stay there again. It offers high end appliances and very nice amenties. I can not say enough for the staff of Island Reality. They are the best. The only bad experience was the stairs. 3 floors up with luggage and groceries was a challenge at my age. I WISH THIS PLACE AGE AN ELEVATOR!
