Beautifully decorated, the property features partial ocean views from the second- and third-floor balconies, or you can simply stroll to the beach and enjoy the stunning coastal sunsets firsthand. The main living area is located on the second floor and features an expansive open floor plan designed for gathering and entertaining. The large dining room includes a table with seating for eight, along with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. On this same level, you will also find one guest bedroom and two full bathrooms. The third floor features a spacious primary suite with access to a covered porch and a private ensuite bathroom. Three additional bedrooms are located on this floor, and each includes its own private ensuite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for guests. After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand using one of the two outdoor showers conveniently located in the garage area. The house location is ideal if you want beach time. However getting UBER and LYFTS to town can be challenging. We had 6 ladies so having 5 bedrooms and each one having their own bathroom was a huge plus. The house does lack amenities, especially for being a “beach” house. No beach towels or accessories for the beach of any type. Kitchen has “basic” needs covered, dishes, glasses utensils, but no spices, or foil, baggies....those little details just even a few would be helpful. There is a grocery store close on the island, which is helpful and the prices didn’t seem relatively high. The kitchen faucet handle was broken, making dishwashing and handwashing a bit difficult, and it seemed like it had been that way for some time. House was mostly well appointed and clean. There is definitely some wear and tear but that’s to be expected and wasn’t a deal breaker. Beds were comfortable and the house was spacious, perfect for my group of 10. One of the burners on the stove wouldn’t heat up and the coffee pot wasn’t great. It leaked when pouring and took a long time to brew, no pause function on the pot. There were exactly 10 bath towels which was kind of odd, no extras but there was a washer/dryer. The house had a beach cart, wagon, and beach toys which was great! The grill propane tank was empty but a quick trip down to island realty with the empty to replace it for free was easy enough. Overall it was a 4.5 star stay and we throughly enjoyed our stay! It as well layed out and very nicely furnished and finished. If you are a cook, the kitchen will make you a little crazy - the stove is bad but that was our only negative. They also could make the underneath entryway cuter but it is not a big deal at all. It is just a few steps from the beach and it is a very quiet little street. We come together from all the U.S. We have been as far as Vermont. This year we were smaller in number so the house was perfect in size.
